Customer: Amico Group. Emergency notification system for barge-gas carriers based on SADCO remote control system of AMICO production and high-level switches. Design of electrical circuits, PLC and PC software, commissioning.

Floating Dock for Multimarine Shipyards, Cyprus

Schneider Modicon M251 PLC (SoMachine), Delphi HMI with Modbus TCP driver. Double redundant Modbus TCP network with software hot standby.

Customer: Amico Group. Developed dock ballast control system: designed electrical diagrams, developed PLC and PC software, performed installation supervision and commissioning, translated design and operational documentation into English. Remaking for electro-hydraulic valves from Sander Marine. General refactoring. Acceptance by Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).

Extension of oil extraction line for Kakhovka Protein Agro

CitectSCADA, Delphi.

Customer: LLC “Kakhovka Protein Agro”, Ukraine, Novaya Kakhovka. Adding two BX-U-50D1.4 weighing scales manufactured by Alex S&E and Satake STBS scales (creating an OPC server for a non-standard protocol via the RS-422A port) to a CitectSCADA project.

Customer: AMICO – Kherson shipyard Pallada. Kherson, Ukraine. Automation of floating dock ballast system, refactoring of the serial product: changed CPU type, new functions and some improvements.

SIMATIC S7-315, CitectSCADA, Delphi, OPC.

Customer: Kakhovka PromAgro Ltd., Ukraine, Novaya Kahovka. Combined into one CitectSCADA project data from flowmeter Siemens MASS2100, soy scales Satake STBS120C-T and two dozers by Alex S-and-E BX-U-300D1.4. Created OPC server for the dozers with custom protocol.

Customer: Khaldotechnika – Karlovka dry milk factory – “Cheese Club” Corporation. Ukraine, Karlovka village. HMI/SCADA for refrigeration plant: 8 freon chillers CIAT LWN2800, 8 air condensers, 14 glycol and water pumps, 4 heat-exchangers. Communication with the chillers over RS-485 Modbus network.

Customer: Khaldotechnika – Kaniv butter-cheese factory – “Cheese Club” Corporation. Ukraine, Kaniv. HMI/SCADA for refrigeration plant: 6 freon chillers CIAT LWN2800, 6 air condensers, 11 glycol and water pumps, 4 heat-exchangers. Communication with the chillers over RS485 Modbus network.
